Absolutely Wild is set to open on October 31st, which means we have been putting in extra behind-the-scenes work to prepare for what comes next. It has been an exciting year, and we’re finally at the finish line and cannot wait to welcome our guests. Your Route 62 discoveries just got a whole lot wilder, and we are here for every moment of it!
We aim to become a must-visit destination for families traveling through South Africa and exploring the Klein Karoo. Our farm is decked out with amazing accommodation options (including the highly anticipated luxury tents!) and guests have so much to look forward to. The first show at our farm takes place on 1st November – Juan Boucher live at Absolutely Wild! This will set the tone for an unforgettable season, filled with music, adventures, and experiences the whole family can enjoy.
Our Pools Are Ready for You!
With summer days upon us, we have prioritised having our farm activities and attractions ready for your stay in November. Our enclosed heated pool is perfect for cooler days and sunset swims, with views across the striking landscapes of Absolutely Wild farm. Have fun camping at our farm and unwind in our indoor pool with the family and friends, or choose to splash and slide in our massive outdoor pool, which is 25 x 8 meters in size.
Our indoor pool is 12 x 5 meters, undercover, and fully protected from the natural outdoor elements. We are in the process of covering the sides of the pool room with canvas panels, which will be fitted with window sections so you can swim and enjoy the natural surrounding views to your hearts content. Remember – our swimming pools and slides are only open to guests staying on the farm, meaning you will not have to compete for space. On the topic of pools, little ones have their very own swimming pool and slide, perfect for safe and fun-filled swimming under the sun.
