About Metonia Permaculture Farm & Distillery
Sustainability, craftsmanship, and flavour come together beautifully at this Tradouw Valley farm. But what sets this gin apart? Metanoia is a living, breathing farm rooted in regeneration. Here, everything is grown, distilled, and created with care. This popular gin is inspired by its surroundings, where aromatic and medicinal botanicals grow in abundance.
Experience a story in every sip. Metonoia Gin is crafted with 13 botanicals grown on their farm, which produce a symphonic taste of soft juniper and fresh citrus. The production process involves macerating the botanicals overnight, after which the gin is distilled on the farm’s Muller potstill. This technique enhances the flavours, achieving a perfect balance of complexity and subtlety. As far as gin goes, we’re sold!
