The new year has plenty of excitement in store at Absolutely Wild, and our first season was a success thanks to you! Since the grand opening of Absolutely Wild at the end of October, we have enjoyed incredible experiences that far exceeded our expectations. From welcoming guests from all walks of life to hosting amazing live performances, everything has come together in the best possible ways.
For guests embracing the endless beauty of the Klein Karoo and the small town charm of Barrydale, accommodation at our farm makes for the perfect setting. Our grounds are extensive, and guests can enjoy a myriad of activities without needing to leave. We do not claim to be better – our foundations are built on the love we have for the land, genuine hospitality, and being part of something truly special. Our farm has everything you could want from accommodation that celebrates the beauty of the outdoors!
You can book your stay in one of our modern luxury tents, which makes outdoor living more glamorous than you thought possible. For more traditional camping, guests can reserve standard camp sites or luxury camp sites and bring their tents or caravans to enjoy an amazing time. If you’re travelling with children or want to enjoy more traditional amenities, our cosy cottages are a sanctuary of privacy on our farm.
Our Absolutely Wild farm is built for those seeking entertainment. Activities include swimming pools, slides, and a large indoor and outdoor play area for children. In fact, ours is the largest playpark in the Southern Hemisphere! Other experiences at our farm include buffalo viewing, as well as walking and mountain biking trails.
